Coaching has literally been life changing for me. I signed up for coaching when I realized that I was not being present in my life. I was just going through the motions checking things off the list as quickly as new ones could be added. I felt like a hamster on a never ending wheel. I felt like life was slipping away. I was not truly enjoying the gift that I had been given. Since I started coaching I have begun to take control of my thoughts which has improved my feelings/ emotions. Arpita's program has helped me recover from the burn out that I was feeling in my job. We have worked on shifting my mindset and making small but hugely impactful changes that have led me to feel better about work and be more efficient in clinic. I am in clinic 4 days per week, and every week I was spending 6-8 hours on my 'day off' finishing charts that had accumulated from the week. Now, I spend less than 30 minutes on my day off with any extra work that didn't get finished during the week. The group coaching sessions took place during a very busy time for my family, but having the tools to think through multiple difficult decisions was liberating.
