I’m looking forward to joining the Women in Medicine Summit in Chicago this September 24–26. 🩺✨

Gatherings like this matter deeply—not because we need more information added to our already full lives, but because they create space.

Space to pause.

Space to reflect.

Space to reconnect with ourselves and with the people who understand the unique experience of being a woman in medicine.

Medicine asks so much of us. We spend our days caring for others, making decisions under pressure, and carrying the responsibility of our patients’ well-being. And while that work is incredibly meaningful, it can also be easy to lose touch with our own needs, values, and the person we are beyond our roles.

In my session, I’ll be sharing mindset tools and intentional living practices that help physicians move out of autopilot and into a more grounded, present way of being—even while navigating busy, demanding careers.

My hope is that you leave with more than just ideas or strategies.

I hope you leave with a renewed sense of clarity.

Clarity about what matters most.

Clarity about how you want to show up.

Clarity that success does not have to come at the expense of your well-being.

Because creating a fulfilling life isn’t about adding more to your plate.

It’s about becoming more intentional with what you already carry.

If you’re attending the Women in Medicine Summit, I would love the opportunity to connect with you there.

We are not meant to do this work alone. 💙
