From a weekend that completely filled my cup with unconditional love, relentless support, and unparalleled community. I am honored to have been a part of this amazing group of women physicians who gathered for the ACE conference this past weekend in San Antonio.
Take a minute to notice how often we minimize our struggles, push aside our pain, and diminish our wins and successes. Is it really serving us? ππ»ββοΈπ’
It was liberating and exhilarating to be surrounded by women who were in all different stages of their awareness and intentionality journeys for self-care. This is community.πΈπ½πΈπ½π―ββοΈπͺπ½πͺπ½π¦π¦
I felt proud to be there as a friend, colleague, coach, and confidant amongst founders and thought leaders, old friends and new acquaintances. I belong, because my thought is βI belong.β ππ₯°π₯°π
I was excited for the new young friends I made who were just learning more about coaching. Because the whole purpose is to share this goodness and reach out with a gentle hand. π«΄π½πππ«΄π½
I was content as my cup ran over with the joy of finally meeting women in person who I have bonded with over zoom for the past 2 years. My sisters for life.π―ββοΈπΈπ½π©βπ§βπ§πΈπ½π―ββοΈ
I felt honored to be amongst other amazing female Badasses, as we are paving the path and normalizing prioritizing mental health, well-being and intentionally putting OURSELVES FIRST. Because, we are 100% worthy and if we donβt take care for ourselves first, we cannot take care of others. π©π½ββοΈπ©π½ββοΈπ©π½ββοΈπ©π½ββοΈ

Cheers to Dena George and Dawn Sears, for normalizing the discussions this past weekend around what people are still afraid to talk about, without stopping short.
And, hereβs to our successesβ¦ building our awareness, working on being intentional with our day-to-day life and choices, and showing ourselves love and compassion when we slip up and then gently bring ourselves back to being our Authentic, Courageous, and Empowered selves. ππππ¦
