I’m honored to be speaking at the Women in Medicine Summit in Chicago, September 24–26.
This gathering is more than a conference—it’s a space for physicians to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in the midst of demanding careers.
I’ll be sharing practical, grounded strategies for showing up with intention rather than reaction—tools you can begin using immediately to feel more present, more aligned, and more steady in your day-to-day life.
So often in medicine, we are taught how to care for everyone else, but not always how to care for our own minds in the process.
This work is about changing that.
If you’re attending, I would truly love to connect with you in person.
We don’t always get spaces like this—where we can step out of survival mode and into reflection, learning, and connection with others who understand this path.
