One of the greatest privileges of being a coach is witnessing what becomes possible when women give themselves permission to step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.

As I look ahead to our upcoming client retreat at Miraval, I find myself feeling less excited about the destination and more excited about the transformation that can happen when we create intentional space for growth. @miravalarizona

So much of our daily lives is spent responding—to responsibilities, expectations, deadlines, and the needs of others. Rarely do we pause long enough to hear our own thoughts, recognize our patterns, or reflect on what we truly need.

Growth doesn’t always happen through doing more.

Sometimes it happens through slowing down.

Through meaningful conversations.

Through self-awareness.

Through rest.

Through connection.

Through the courage to be honest with ourselves.

I know the women joining me bring incredible wisdom, strength, and life experience. I’m looking forward to the insights they’ll discover, the stories they’ll share, and the ways they’ll continue to evolve—not because they need fixing, but because growth is a lifelong practice.

There is something powerful about gathering with women who are committed to living with greater intention.

I’m so excited for my first client retreat for Thought Work, MD and I can’t wait to see what unfolds!! ✨
