Thursday TIME OUT

Owning and Honoring Your Schedule with Intention

Thursday TIME OUT

Owning and Honoring Your Schedule with Intention

I help busy, overscheduled women learn to honor their commitments to themselves and others while prioritizing self-care and wellness so that they can get their To Do lists done while still having time for themselves and their loved ones.

As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I found myself always working on and adding to my To Do list. I remember thinking, I will finally be able to relax when I get the list done. And more often than not, the list got done (in the wee hours of the night), but the relaxation time never happened as the next day, and next list, had already begun.

Don’t get me wrong, if you know me, you know I am SUPER ORGANIZED and I calendar every week.

However, my calendering process was not always realistic and it definitely was not kind- to myself.
I really needed to reflect on why I had become so obsessive/compulsive about getting things done, with perfection. It was like it was all out of my control.

So, I’ll share with you my little secret about how this need to meticulously attack my To Do list was born– a totally eye-opening revelation if you are a physician. And I’ll help you uncover why you are not succeeding in this area of your life.

I developed this program to help any woman who is struggling with getting the shit they want to get done, done. I will show you how to build your life in a way that affords you “me time” first, yet still allows for you to accomplish everything that is important to you in the timeframe you desire.

It all starts with a reset on how you choose to think about things and how you determine what is important to you.

Get ready to start getting all your sh!t done so you can finally relax… All while taking care of yourself first.
