✨✨ How to Use Mind Over Matter to Achieve Your Dreams✨✨
🔹 Decide EXACTLY what you want (one way to do this is to write down what you don’t want, and then go from there).
🔹 COMMIT to achieving your dreams, no matter what setbacks you might come across. Tell yourself that nothing will stop you or get in your way. F.A.I.L. = First Attempt In Learning
🔹 List all of the reasons why you are committed to getting what you want. What is YOUR COMPELLING REASON? Then list the consequences of not achieving your dreams here to help reinforce your compelling reasons.
🔹 Take MASSIVE ACTION!!! Remind yourself of your compelling reasons as often as possible to keep yourself on track. Creating daily affirmations and goals around your reasons can help you to stay motivated.
🔹 Don’t make quitting an option. Remember, the relief you’ll feel from quitting is temporary, the regret will be a longer lived discomfort. Have a plan for what you will do when you feel like giving up. List the thoughts and feelings that you might experience that will let you know when you’re falling off track.
🔹 Make sure that your beliefs are aligned with your goals. If you have limiting beliefs around what’s possible for you, then it’s time to work through those and create new, empowering beliefs that support your goals.
Remember, thoughts are optional, and YOU are in charge of your thoughts! If you truly believe that your success is inevitable then NOTHING can get in the way of your dreams! ✨✨✨
