What is mindset coaching?
Let me share with you how I discovered and learned more about what it is.


When I reflect back to March of 2020 amidst the onset of COVID and the shutdown, I remember thinking to myself, “How the hell are we going to get through this?”


My life had been seamlessly structured and built into such a “perfect” balance that was almost always under my control. In my mind, there was little to no room for error, minimal flexibility to account for other people, and by all means, no room for a worldwide pandemic. Whenever unexpected problems emerged in the past, I simply applied myself and overcame them, as I always had.


But these new circumstances created a sense of having no control over anything. Despite everything I had accomplished and believed to be in my control, I grew increasingly anxious to keep my businesses, home life, and just everything up to A+ standards, including my emotional well-being. I unknowingly was blaming the unwelcomed surprises in life for my growing feelings of misdirected resentment and agitation towards others.


I was fortunate enough to have an open mind and decided to invest in one-on-one coaching with a physician coach.
I can honestly day this was the best decision I have ever made, other than marrying my hubby 😜.


I founded Thought Work, MD to help professional women empower themselves by becoming aware of their thoughts, decide if they are serving them, and then make small one-degree changes in their thought patterns to regain control and transform themselves into who they really want to be.
