It’s Happening.

The evidence is there.

I had friends text me the link to the article all day today. That, in and of itself, was so gratifying and exciting!

So, in case you’re questioning if coaching really works, if it is effective, or are thinking it’s just woo, JAMA just published an article on the efficacy of coaching for reducing burnout and emotional exhaustion in medical professionals. And I can’t help but point out that these coaches trained at the same place where I trained, and that makes me super proud!
A snippet of the findings:
“participants who were randomly assigned to a 6-month group-coaching program and a follow-up survey had a statistically significant reduction in the emotional exhaustion subscale of burnout compared with the control group .”
Coaching is effective. It is impactful. It is real. PERIOD.
We are changing healthcare and healing the healers, even if it is just one person at a time.

If this isn’t enough reason to take the next step if you have been hesitant to start your journey, I don’t know what is…💙💜🦋
