Let them be felt. Fully.
When you do, they usually soften within minutes.
From there, you get to choose again.

Pause and ask, “What am I thinking right now?”
No fixing. No judging. Just noticing.
🦋 Then, create a new option:
Is there another way to see this? Can I see the humor of my fixed patterns?
Can I create a thought that feels a little lighter… a little truer… something I can actually believe?
Every time you catch an old pattern, try this question:
“Why am I choosing this thought?”
Because when you change the thought, you change how you feel.
And when you change how you feel, you change how you show up.
