✅ Decide what behavior you won’t tolerate—and know what you’ll do if those boundaries are crossed.

✅ Your options? Step out for a 20-minute walk. Go back to your hotel. Or if it’s really bad, don’t go at all.

Boundaries aren’t about controlling others—they’re about controlling how you respond. And that’s where your power lies. 💯
