One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck is because they confuse thinking about change with actually creating it.
Dreaming is important.
Visualizing matters.
But eventually, your growth requires movement, like actually practicing on the guitar…
That’s where “Do Goals” come in. ✅
A Do Goal is not about perfection.
It’s not about having the whole plan figured out.
It’s about taking tangible action instead of staying trapped in overwhelm, fear, or overthinking.
Because most goals don’t fail from lack of desire.
They fail because the goal feels so big that our brain shuts down before we even begin.
So here’s an exercise I give my clients:
Set a timer for 10 minutes. ⏱️
Write down everything you want.
Every dream.
Every goal.
Every vision you’ve been carrying around quietly in your mind.
And while you write, suspend disbelief for a moment.
Let yourself imagine that your life is actually allowed to expand.
Then choose your top 3 priorities.
Not 27.
Not everything all at once.
Three.
Now look at your number 1 priority and ask yourself:
What are the actual steps required to make this happen?
Not the entire staircase.
Just the next few steps.
Because clarity comes from action, not from waiting until you feel fully ready.
Then put those steps on your calendar.
Not just in your mind.
Not on a someday list.
On your actual calendar. 📝
This is how momentum is built.
This is how self-trust is built.
This is how transformation happens.
Small, intentional actions repeated consistently over time.
And if the goal still feels overwhelming?
Break it down again.
The bar does not need to be high.
It needs to be achievable enough that you keep going.
