Happy Thanksgiving, friends! 🦃✨
Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thank you” for the good stuff. It’s about noticing the ordinary, the messy, the imperfect parts of life too, and giving yourself permission to feel appreciation anyway.
Here’s what I’ve learned: the more you practice gratitude, the more it changes how you see your life. Noticing what’s working, even in small ways, shifts your focus from what’s missing to what’s already here. And when you do that, life feels lighter, calmer, and more joyful, no extra effort required.
So today, try this:
✨ Pause for a minute and name three things that feel truly good in your life right now.
✨ Include yourself in that list. Your growth, your courage, your resilience—yes, that counts too.
✨ Repeat it. Gratitude grows with practice.
I’m thankful that my favorite humans choose and WANT to spend time with me, even when it’s not picture perfect.
Gratitude isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about seeing what’s real—and letting it fill you up.
Take a breath, soak it in, and give yourself the gift of noticing all the ways your life is working, even if it’s not perfect.
From my heart to yours, Happy Thanksgiving. 🦋
