How present are you each day for yourself and others?

It’s sooo easy to fall into the trap of imagining that everything will be perfect at some indeterminate point in the future.
But that my friends, is magical thinking. 🔮
What if you could be comfortable with the idea that perfect isn’t real and that your life is beautiful exactly as it is right now?
Happiness is dependent on what is going on in your mind, right now…,
not on external factors.

What if you could see that the only thing holding you back from feeling happy right now, are the thoughts in your own head? 🧠
That’s not to say that you should give up on things you are having unhappy thoughts about. Striving to meet goals and create new things is part of what makes life so fun! But there is something to be said for appreciating your achievements and living in the moment before you move on to the next thing. Give yourself time to just CELEBRATE YOUR WINS!🦋
That means letting go of the desire to go, go, go and instead stop delaying the gratification of the wins.
Ask yourself every evening, “What went well today?”
Reprogram your brain to start to recognize and appreciate the good more routinely.
Enjoying the beauty and miracle of every breath. Counting your blessings because really, if you’re reading this, you have more than you can even imagine. And taking a moment to think about how far you’ve come and how proud of yourself you are for being where you are in this exact moment. 💙
