All you need: a piece of paper, a pen, and a calendar (digital or print—whatever works for you).
Here’s how to do it:
💜 Brain Dump: Set a timer for 10 minutes and write down everything on your mind that needs to get done. Get it all out!
💜 Sort & Prioritize: Go through your list, categorize tasks, and pick your top 3 priorities.
💜 Plan It Out: Organize your goals in the order you’ll tackle them. I’ll show you how to break them down and schedule them.
💜 Make Success Inevitable: We’ll create action steps that guarantee you follow through.
💜 Take Action! With your goals scheduled, all that’s left to do is execute!
