You deserve compassion—exactly as you are, right now.

💜 You deserve compassion—exactly as you are, right now.

Today, as I turn 52, I’m reminding myself of this truth.

Because the reality is—we’re all works in progress. We all trip. We all stumble. We all fall.

And beating myself up for not meeting some impossible standard has never been what helped me grow.

What’s moved me forward—what’s kept me standing—is learning to meet myself with compassion.

When the brain whispers (or yells) that we’re not enough, it’s easy to believe it. And when we believe it, we shrink. We play small. We give up before we even start.

No thank you, brain. Not today. Not at 52.

Because self-compassion is where resilience begins. It’s remembering that everyone struggles—even if you don’t see it from the outside. It’s knowing life will always be 50/50, and still choosing to show up.

So today, I celebrate me—exactly as I am.

Messy. Strong. Imperfect. Resilient. Worthy.

And my birthday wish for myself—and for you—is this:

may we keep showing ourselves kindness, may we keep believing we’re enough, and may we keep choosing to live unapologetically.

Here’s to another year of owning my power, claiming my worth, and helping other women do the same.

Happy Birthday to me! 🥂
