📢 As Shakespeare once said, “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.” 📢
It can be so easy to let a negative thought destroy our entire perspective.
The thing is, we ALWAYS have an option as to what kind of thoughts we choose to take on.
While certain circumstances are more challenging than others, that doesn’t mean that there isn’t a silver line behind each cloud. The trick is in knowing how to look for it. 👍

Mindset shift starts with taking a minute to redirect our tendencies so we start to focus more on the good.
So we start to be intentionally grateful about things each and every day. 🙏🏽
So we can remind ourselves that there is not more bad than good, it simply appears that way at times based on what we are choosing to focus on. 💯
That means that instead of worrying about the future or fretting about the past, you’re free to be fully present and truly enjoy life as it is happening, the 50% good and the 50% bad.
And sometimes this means simply giving the good and things to be grateful for a little more airtime.
