Calendaring

This is one of my favorite exercises for setting and accomplishing goals. All you need to get started is a piece of paper, a pen, and a calendar (digital or print, doesn’t matter, although digital tends to be more accessible). 📆
Here’s the gist of it:
 
💫 Start with a pen and blank piece of paper.
 
💫 Thought download: empty your mind! Set a timer for 10 minutes and take everything that you can think of that needs to be done that’s on your mind and write it down on the piece of paper.
 
💫 Go through the list and categorize and prioritize. It might be a long list and that’s ok, just take your time. It can be helpful to figure out the top 3 priorities on the list first, and then go from there.
 
💫 Arrange the goals in the order that you will do them and then I’ll show you how to break them down and put them on your calendar.
 
💫 Make your success inevitable: we will work together to create action steps that will guarantee your success.
 
💫 TAKE ACTION! Once you’ve written down all of your goals and scheduled them on the calendar, all you have to do to succeed is take action!
