š¦Schedule 60 minutes every week to plan everything for the upcoming weekāwork, workouts, meals, family time, sleep, projects, even time for dreaming big.
š¦Put it all on your calendar with realistic time blocks so you know exactly when and how youāll get it done.
š¦ Build in āPop-Off Blocksā for unexpected things that come upābecause life happens! When new tasks pop up midweek, either schedule them for next week or fit them into those blocks.
The result? Less stress, more focus, and more time for what truly matters! š
