We get to Choose OUR discomfort.
🦋 Pay attention to your brain… Write down 5 beliefs/complaints/activities/environments that are constant buzzkills in your life, and then write down the specific ways in which you will immediately upgrade them.
🦋 Whatever we’ve got on “repeat” becomes our reality- so pay attention if it is good or bad. The “repetition of reality” concept is the reason that repeating affirmations is so effective- retrain your brain to focus on the good more than the bad. Take stock of what you’ve got on auto-loop, and upgrade anything that is not supporting your quest for greatness.
🦋 When you recognize a T you have repeatedly isn’t true and have facts to prove against it but still have the T, time to do TDL on paper to explore your relationship more with regards to why you have that T. There is more to it and allow yourself to explore. Best done on paper.
