I have been thinking about how I can reach more women and share the goodness of all the things there are to teach about self-care and mindfulness.
Getting back from the Women Physician Wellness Conference in Amelia Island, I reflected on having such a great opportunity to meet other like minded badass women physicians and encourage them to put themselves first.
After that event, I decided I wanted to offer (for the first time) a group coaching cohort to my private physician clients beginning this fall- to spread the goodness as far as I can.
I am letting you all know so you have a chance to sign up before my spots fill up.
The way it works—> sign up for a discovery session with me by midnight on 9/5/22 and you are automatically eligible.
Your actual discovery session needs to be completed with me by 9/30/22 (so you have plenty of time for this!)
If you decide to really put yourself first and invest in yourself by signing up for my 12 or 24 week one on one coaching package by 10/2/22, you will get the added bonus of being in my weekly group coaching cohort made up of my private physician coaching clients.
